Krishna tops in IP exams

The capital district of the state of Andhra Pradesh Krishna had topped in the pass percentage of the Board of Intermediate Examination results for both first and second year. The results were announced by the HRD minister Ganta Srinivas Rao on Thursday
Vijayawada: The capital district of the state of Andhra Pradesh Krishna had topped in the pass percentage of the Board of Intermediate Examination results for both first and second year. The results were announced by the HRD minister Ganta Srinivas Rao on Thursday. In all 1,48,000 students appeared for the first and second year BIE examination in the district from about 300 various colleges.
The girl students surpassed the boys in the BIE results with 79 percent for the first year and 87 percent for the second year.
Boys pass percentage is 75 in first year and 86 in the second year.
