An app’t way to connect with AP CM

Amaravati: As a part of providing good, efficient and honest governance, the we are launching an unique App, where the people can directly reach out Chief Minister for redressal of their grievances, according to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

After launching ‘AP CM Connect’ through Kaizala app developed by Microsoft at Secretariat, here on Friday, Naidu asserted that it was his aim to take feedback and inputs from the people on the problems they were facing in their day to day life.

“Be it pension, ration, water, climate or anything else, I will address them directly and these inputs will be used to review the working of that particular department,” he informed.

The new concept of citizen-driven participatory governance that operates in real time mode will be helpful to the government to draw policies which will improve the standard of living of the people of the state, Naidu averred.

“I need unbiased feedback from the people through this app, where the people can give their valuable opinion on the performance of the government.

The people can give their opinion on the performance where four options will be given viz., happy, ok, can be better and disappointed, from which they can chose one answer.

The caller’s name and his identity will be kept confidential and I will personally monitor every feedback,” he informed.
