The collector also inspected MNREGA works going on at Narendrapuram. He assured that Rs 30 crore funds would be released under ‘water-tree’ scheme. In all, Konaseema alone would receive 18 crore, he added. Mishra said he would take filed level trip from the coming week. Earlier, farmers submitted a memorandum to him and the collector assured them that the matter would be looked into.
