Govt Assures Support to development of Temples in Nellore :P Manikyala Rao
Endowments Minister P Manikyala Rao said that the government would extend support for development of temples in the district. The Minister along with MLA P Sunil Kumar inaugurated office building and Archaka quarters at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple in Gudur constructed with a cost of Rs 40 lakh.

The Minister along with MLA P Sunil Kumar inaugurated office building and Archaka quarters at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple in Gudur constructed with a cost of Rs 40 lakh.
Temple office building and Archaka quarters were constructed with the support of the Kanumuru Harichandra Reddy Charitable Trust. He performed special pujas in the temple. Addressing a meeting, the Minister made an appeal to the philanthropists to come forward to develop the temples in the state.
He also urged them to provide basic amenities like drinking water for convenience of devotees. Rao also said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading an ideal life, he added. He inspected the tank in the temple premises. Municipal Chairperson P Devasenamma and BJP leaders were present.
