The second prize was given to ‘Aagraham’ of Aravinda Arts (Tadepalli), while the third prize was bagged by ‘Khaaleelu Purinchandi’of KJR Cultural Association (Hyderabad). The second prize was given to ‘Aagraham’ of Aravinda Arts (Tadepalli), while the third prize was bagged by ‘Khaaleelu Purinchandi’of KJR Cultural Association (Hyderabad).

The following have been awarded prizes in various categories: best playwright – P Mrutyunjaya Rao (for the play ‘Anaganagaa’), best director – R Vasu (play- Anaganagaa), best actor – Karanam Suresh (play- Anantaram), best actress – Srija Sadhineni (play- Khaaleelu Purinchandi), best character actor – BV Lakshmaiah (play-Aagraham), best villain-P Bhadreswara Rao (play-Chetirata), second best actor—S Srinivasa Rao (play-Pitrudevobhava), second best actress-D Ramadevi (play–Chaalu Ikachaalu), best stagecraft—Young Theatre Organisation (play-Anaganagaa), best costume designer- P Mohaneshwara Rao (play-Anaganagaa) and best background score –KSN Sarma (play-Pitrudevobhava).

The play ‘Anaganagaa’ was chosen for the best jury award. Raja Tatayya and Krishna Rao officiated as judges. Daily, three plays were staged during the event. People of 15 villages watched the plays. Several theatre groups from Guntur, Ongole, Vijayawada, Gudivada and Hyderabad presented their plays.
