Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court on Friday announced it's verdict on the petition by CBI to cancel YSR Congress President and Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The CBI Court dismissed YS Jagan's bail cancellation plea.

During the hearing last Friday, the CBI lawyers had maintained that Jagan has managed to influence eye-witnesses through former principal secretary Ramakanth Reddy whose interview on Sakshi TV, was biased and had even criticised CBI investigation in Jagan's illegal assets case.

Countering this, YS Jagan's lawyers said that the former had never met Ramakanth Reddy adding that whatever said in the interview pertains to the editorial board of the TV and has nothing to do with Jagan.

YS Jagan has been granted permission by CBI special court, to visit New Zealand along with his family between May 15th and June 15th, for 15 days.
