CM to open housing scheme at Nallajerla
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would visit West Godavari district on Saturday to participate in various developmental programmes. The district officials made all elaborate arrangements for the tour of the Chief Minister in Nallajerla and Eluru.

According to officials, the Chief Minister would start from Vijayawada at 9 am by Helicopter and reach Pothavaram village in Nallajarla mandal at 10 am on Saturday. Later he would reach the Mahila Bhavan and participates in various programmes.
He would then formally inaugurate the NTR Housing Scheme. Later he is said to inaugurate the tank that was developed under Neeru-Pragathi programme in Pothavaram village.
At noon, he would reach Nallajerla Zilla Parishad High School and participate in the public meeting. According to sources he would declare West Godavari district as Open Defecation Free (ODF) district in the public meeting besides smoke-free district.
He would reach Eluru at 2.20 pm and would reach Sri Convention Hall in Satrampadu. He would then participate in the workshop on Neeru Pragathi programme. In view of the Chief Minister’s tour in Nallajerla and Eluru, the police officials made elaborate security arrangements. The sites that the Minister is said to visit were inspected by the district collector K Bhaskar and SP Bhaskar Bhushan. The ZP chairman Mullapudi Bapiraju also supervised and monitored the arrangements in Nallajerla mandal as it is his native mandal.
