YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy reacted strongly against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at the Rythu Deeksha in Guntur on Tuesday wherein he blamed the Chief Minister for failing to provide minimum support price to chilli.
Responding to YS Jagan's allegations, Chandrababu said that the TDP government purchased chilli for minimum support price of Rs 8,000 per quintal despite the Central Government putting a cap at Rs 5,500.
He further said that the state government has also purchased turmeric and bengal gram for minimum support price.
