5,079 candidates appeared in APPSC Group 1 exam
The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group – I prelim examination was held peacefully at all the 22 centres in the city on Sunday. Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group – I prelim examination was held peacefully at all the 22 centres in the city on Sunday. In all, 53.34 per cent candidates attended the examination.About 5,079 candidates attended the APPSC Group – I screening examination against 9,522 candidates who registered for the examination..Krishna District Collector B Lakshmi Kantham visited APPSC Group-I screening examination centres at KES Polytechnic for Women, Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology and Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala in the city.Later, addressing the media, the Collector said that 5,079 candidates appeared for the Group-I screening examination. For this examination, the district administration deputed 12 liaison officers, 22 assistant liaison officers and said that the exam was held peacefully at all the centres.
