Visakhapatnam: District Committee of Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) observed the death anniversary of freedom fighter Alluri Seetarama Raju here on Sunday. District secretary V V Srinivasa Rao and leader of 26th ward K Srinivasa Rao paid tributes to Alluri Seetarama Raju by garlanded his statue. Speaking on the occasion, district secretary alleged that both State and Central governments have failed in providing benefits to the people.
