Speaking on the occasion, Krishna Rao made it clear that it was mere injustice to remove workers without serving any notices and condemned the approach of the authorities towards Relli community. After waiting for three months, he said that it had become inevitable to resort to agitation as representations to the people’s representatives had failed to materialise. He informed that indefinite strike would begin from 24th of this month demanding implementation of G O 151, restoration of removed workers, payment pending P F amount and minimum salaries for drivers and security staff.
