Anantapur: Minister for Woman Welfare Paritala Sunitha has stated that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is giving top priority for people's health and is coming to the rescue of the poor people and taking care of their health issues including treatment and surgeries under NTR Arogyasri. The Minister distributed cheques to beneficiaries under Chief Minister Relief Fund worth Rs 15.04 lakh at her camp office here on Wednesday.

Sunitha said that she had disbursed cheques worth Rs 3 crore during the past 3 years. She said that for those who paid a premium of a mere Rs 15 under Chandranna Bima Pathakam, the insurance of Rs 5 lakh to those who met accidental deaths will be given as compensation to the family members of the deceased. The Minister distributed cheques to beneficiaries of Atmakur, Raptadu, CK Palle, Kanaganapalle, Ramagiri, Dharmavaram, Kadiri and Anantapur city.
