According to eye witnesses, Kokkiragadda Seshagiri Rao, a fish farmer who started cleaning his farm field near the sea coast in Pedamainavani Lanka village found a bundle and some explosive type material in it. The farmer immediately informed the matter to the local people who in turn reached the spot to watch the bundle. They feared to touch the articles and informed the Narsapur rural police.

The police reached the spot and seized the bundle. The police told the villagers that the articles are flare guns that are used for signalling during nights and to alert ships and boats during danger in the sea. With this, the villagers heaved a sigh of relief.

Meanwhile, how the bundle with flare guns reached the coast became a mystery. These flare guns have already turned into expired goods, according to police.The police seized those material and said inquiry will be conducted how they reached here and who got these flare guns.
