Transfers effected in Pithapuram
Public Engineering Health Chief Dr P Panduranga Rao released orders transferring various Corporation Assistant Engineers in the district.Kakinada Corporation AE JNS Lakshmi was transferred to Pithapuram as additional AE. Gollaprolu City Panchayat AE Prabhakar was transferred to Pithapuram as Deputy Engineer upon promotion.

Kakinada AE Satyanarayana was transferred to Amalapuram and Vijayawada Corporation AE K Devi Lalitha Kumari was transferred to Rajamahendravaram Corporation. Municipal Regional Director T Sakala Reddy released a GO transferring nine bill collectors in the district. Amalapuram bill collector ASR Prasad was appointed as Ramachandrapuram bill collector replacing K Macharaiah. He was transferred to Mandapet.

Amalapuram bill collector P Srinivasa Rao was transferred to Peddapuram. Most of the bill collectors were transferred from Amalapuram. There is a huge shortage of bill collectors in Pithapuram municipality. Only one bill collector is discharging his duties against six vacancies.
