Tirupati: AP Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar offered prayers at Tiruchanur temple on Saturday. He was given warm reception by Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar on his arrival at the main entrance of the temple. Later, he took part in the Kumkumarchana Seva in the abode of Goddess Padmavathi. The CS was rendered Vedasirvachanam after darshan by Vedic pundits.

The JEO offered silk clothes and prasadams to the CS. TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal received Chief Secretary on his arrival at Sri Padmavathi Rest House in Tirupati. Later, Dinesh Kumar accompanied by family members reached Tirumala on Saturday evening. On his arrival at Sri Padmavathi Rest House in Tirumala, JEO KS Srinivasa Raju accorded a warm reception. Reception Official Haridranth, Lakshminaryana Yadav and other officials were present.

Earlier, he was received at the airport by District Collector PS Pradyumna, Joint Collector Girisha, Tirupati Municipal Corporation Commissioner Hari Kiran, Sub Collector Nishanth Kumar, TUDA Secretary K Madhavi Latha, Chittoor SP G Srinivas and Tirupati ASP Sreenivasulu. He proceeded to Srikalahasti temple and had darshan at the temple there.
