TDP failed to fulfil poll promises: CPI

CPI state general secretary K Ramakrishna ridiculed the TDP government for celebrating Nava Nirmana Deeksha as none of the poll promises were fulfilled by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Speaking to the media at CPI office here on Friday, he said that the TDP has no moral right to be in power as it did not implement various provisions made in the AP Reorganisation Act.

The TDP government failed to get the Special Category Status to the state and special funds to Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra regions. CPI state leaders Ramachandraiah, district secretary Ramanjaneyulu and city president SN Rasool also present.
