AP minister asks people to better utilise government schemes

Gannavaram: Andhra Pradesh Minister of Medical and Health Kamineni Srinivas has advised people to make better utilisation of government schemes. The Making of Developing India (MODI) festival is being organised to make people aware of the central schemes.

The educated people should explain the importance of such schemes to the poor and motivate them to successfully make use of them, said the minister. Srinivas inaugurated the Making of Developing India festival here today.

He said for the last three years, the NDA Government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi has introduced many schemes for the welfare of poor and particularly, the youth, farmers, women and small traders. The primary objective of those schemes is to uplift the poor and to improve the living standards of the poor, said the minister.
