Grandeur marked the procession of Lord on Suryaprabha Vahanam on Monday, the seventh day of the ongoing Brahmotsavams of Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy at Appalayagunta near Tirupati. The processional deity of Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy mounted atop the Suryaprabha Vahanam was taken out in a procession along the thorough fares of the temple.

It is believed that praying to the Lord riding on the Suryaprabha frees the devotees from ailments.Temple Spl Gr Dy EO Munirathnam Reddy, AEO Radhakrishna, temple Inspector Srinivasulu and others took part in the procession.
