Four more held in double murder
The Krishnagiri police arrested four more accused on Wednesday in connection with the killing of Cherukulapadu Narayana Reddy and his close associate Sambasivudu. All the accused were brought before the media in the presence of Dhone DSP Baba Fakruddin at Krishnagiri police station.

The DSP said that the accused Gopal, Kuruva Peddaiah, P Chinna Venkat and Nallabothula Giddaiah were absconding since May 21 after hacking them to death. During a search, the DSP said that police found them roaming suspiciously.
After taking them into
custody and interrogating them, they confessed to their involvement in the double murder. The police recovered two lethal weapons that were used in killing Narayana Reddy and Sambasivudu, he added. The DSP stated that 12 persons were arrested so far in connection with the double murder case. Dhone Circle-Inspector Srinivasulu, Krishnagiri Sub Inspector Simla Naik and other police officials were present.
