Six airlines including Indigo and Air India have barred TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy from their flights over the latter's row at the Visakhapatnam airport on Thursday.

Now, the Union Aviation Ministry has ordered a probe into the row and has directed the airport authorities to submit a report, along with CCTV footage.

The TDP MP caused a ruckus at the airport after he arrived 20 minutes late and got into a heated argument with the Indigo airlines staff as he was not allowed to get a boarding pass. He reportedly pushed the employees and damaged a printer.

Meanwhile, the TDP leaders are trying to talk JC Diwakar Reddy to apologise to the airport staff over the row. TDP MP C Ramesh along with several party leaders met Diwakar Reddy at his residence to try and make him apologise for his rude behaviour towards the airport staff.
