Man poisons entire family, commits suicide
A 30-year-old man committed suicide on Saturday after poisoning his three kids and wife in Vijayawada.
A 30-year-old man committed suicide on Saturday after poisoning his three kids and wife in Vijayawada.
The deceased, identified as Suresh from Ranadive Nagar in Krishnalanka was residing in the city with his three kids and wife.
The couple is learnt to have frequent arguments. On Saturday, the family celebrated the birthday of Suresh's son Aamir who turned 10. Serving dinner, Suresh laced it with poison and served it to his wife and children. He later poisoned himself.
On coming to know of the incident, the neighbours rushed the family to a hospital where the doctors declared that Suresh, his wife and son Aamir had already died. The other two children's condition is said to be critical.
The police have registered a case and investigation has begun.
