Chenchu tribal youth excel in archery

Atmakur (Kurnool): Srisailam MLA Budda Rajashekara Reddy along with DFO Selvam handed over certificate of appreciation to three Chenchu Tribe students and five employees who excelled in the national-level archery competitions. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA praised their efforts.

He said that it is our responsibility to protect the primitive tribe disappearing from the society. The ONGC along with SC & ST Employee’s Association conducted All India Tribal Archery competitions under the aegis of Archery association of India at Rajamahendravaram recently. They were trained under the supervision of Kurnool district Archery Association coach Naga Sureshbabu.
