ACB arrest Chief Engineer in illegal assets case

ACB officials arrested Chief Engineer Panduranga Rao in the illegal assets case. ACB conducted raids for two days on his relatives and binami's houses. Sources reveal that Panduranga Rao and his sons were not co-operating with the officers during the raids.

His registering shell companies were identified which showed properties on his wife's name. While Panduranga Rao has been arrested by the ACB officers, they also recommended the government to remove him from service.

The officials called it a huge case as the Engineer had properties in 13 places and owned 20 plots only in Visakhapatnam. It is learnt that Panduranga Rao was involved in corruption when he worked in Visakha.
