Need to give importance to yoga & wellness
Principal of PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College, Dr M Ramesh said that a national seminar on Yoga for Health and Wellness sponsored by University Grants Commission (UGC) will be organised on July 7 and 8 at Siddhartha Academy in Vijayawada.
Principal of PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College, Dr M Ramesh said that a national seminar on Yoga for Health and Wellness sponsored by University Grants Commission (UGC) will be organised on July 7 and 8 at Siddhartha Academy in Vijayawada. Ramesh said on Thursday about 200 delegates and 15 resource persons in the field of Education, Physical Education and Yoga Sciences from all the parts of the country will participate in the seminar.
The principal said the organisers have invited Yoga experts to deliver Keynote address and as lead speakers for this 2-day national seminar, he said. About 60 research papers on Yoga and allied Sciences will be presented on the occasion. He further stated that interested research persons can submit their applications for presentation in the national seminar on or before July 3. Those who wish to participate as delegate, can make registration on the spot on July 7 at College Auditorium.
