It is conducting a probe to find out those who are responsible to divert the attention of industrialists coming to the State.
On the other side, the government announced that the Titan Aviation and Aerospace India Limited will be set up at Donakonda only and necessary action is already being initiated.

The Hans India received credible information and published a story that Titan Aviation and Aerospace India Limited which is ready to invest Rs 20,000 crore for setting up a unit for maintenance of aircrafts has been reportedly asked by a senior consultant of Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to consider land belonging to privately owned Krishnapatnam Port instead of government proposed Donakonda Industrial Corridor.

The TAAIL management officials believed that it was the reason they were receiving non-cooperation from the officials though Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Sidda Raghava Rao want the foundation stone for the company to be laid immediately.

The TAAIL delegates planned to meet the Chief Minister next week before deciding the future of the industry.Responding to the report published in these columns, senior officials in APIIC and APEDB said, “The government is very serious about some officials ruining the efforts of the Chief Minister and damaging the reputation of the State.

An internal probe is ordered to identify the moles and the persons behind them before an action is officially taken against the individuals.”On the other side, the APIIC wrote a letter to the TAAIL to conduct a field survey to an extent of 5,500 acres at Kocherlakota, Manginapudi and Mallampeta villages and report on the actual land they required within a week.

Sidda Raghava Rao, Minister for Forests, Environment, Science, and Technology said, “We are in regular touch with the TAAIL and the officials invited them for the field survey next week. The TAAIL will not go anywhere but Donakonda and we will lay the foundation stone for the aviation industry at Donakonda very soon.”
