The YSR Congress Party is making elaborate arrangements on a grand scale for its plenary to be held on July 8 and 9  on the 12-acre open land opposite Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur.

Guntur: The YSR Congress Party is making elaborate arrangements on a grand scale for its plenary to be held on July 8 and 9 on the 12-acre open land opposite Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur.

About 30,000 party workers are expected to attend the national plenary. The plenary is being held on the occasion of birth anniversary of former Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajashekhar Reddy. The places near the venue are already covered with banners, flags, cut-outs of party leaders. Several YSRCP leaders are camping at the venue supervising the arrangements. For the first time, YSRCP plenary is being held in Guntur.

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy met party leaders and discussed issues regarding YSRCP Plenary. Among the issues discussed at the review meeting, were resolutions to be passed in the plenary, State Government's policies and land scams by TDP leaders.
