Prathipati labels Jagan a novice

Eluru / Vijayawada: Civil supplies minister Prathipati Pulla Rao lashed out at YSRC president YS Jaganmohan Reddy, and labelled him as novice who has no knowledge on state budget and administration. He interacted with party workers from Eluru constituency, hereon Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, he accused Jagan of being jealous of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s popularity. Coming down heavily on YSRC chief over, “He alleged corruption to the tune of Rs 3.75 lakh in the last three years. However, the state budget has not even passed Rs 3.75 crores. These are false allegations,” he asserted and termed Jagan’s proposed padayatra as a ploy to divert people’s attention.

“Jagan has no moral right to take up padayatra. He is mired deep in Rs 43,000 crore corruption. People are watching,they will reject the padayatra,” he stated.

Prathipati called upon party works to work hard. He asked them to take up the ‘Intintiki TDP’ with renewed vigour and enthusiasm. “Explain the achievements of the government as well as fallacies and false propaganda of Opposition,” he stated. Eluru MLA Badeti Kota Ramarao said that during last year elections, the party cadre worked unitedly to won the 41 divisions out of 50 divisions in the Eluru city.

The newly-appointed chairman of Andhra Pradesh Film, TV, Cinema Development Corporation Ambica Krishna said that there will be no competition in 2019 elections and the TDP will win all the seats in the state. Continuing his tirade against Jagan, later in Vijayawada, he termed Jagan as unfit for politics.

“YSRC plenary misleading the people by giving commitments and guarantees as per wishes. He wants to be CM for 30 years, which is a dream. He cannot be CM in his life time,” he stated.Prathipati added that Jagan cannot be CM even if he extends his padayatra to Kashi.
