TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy urges HC to remove Airlines Ban
TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy who has been banned by most of the domestic airlines following his unruly behaviour at the Visakhapatnam last month has approached the Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday.
TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy who has been banned by most of the domestic airlines following his unruly behaviour at the Visakhapatnam last month has approached the Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday.
In his petition, the TDP MP stated that the ban was imposed on him without an inquiry making it illegal and has asked the Court to remove the ban since his age won't permit him to take up other modes of travel.
The respondents in the petition include Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Jet Airways, Air India, Vistara Airlines, GoAir, IndiGo, Air Asia, SpiceJet, and Turbo Megha Airways.
Diwakar Reddy even mentioned that the parliament sessions are to begin from July 17 and requested the Court to permit him to travel in a flight.
