Andhra Pradesh Pesapallo Sub-junior team bagged silver medal in eighth National Pesapallo Championship which was held at Pali city in Rajasthan from July 8 to 10. In this connection Andhra Pradesh Pesapallo Association (APPA) was conducted felicitation function at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) stadium in Vijayawada on Wednesday.

Industrialist Koganti Satyanarayana presented T-shirts to Senior and Sub-junior players and he attended the felicitation function as chief guest. He lauded the players for bagged the silver medal in nationals. This winning is inspiration to other players, he added. He further said that he would always encourage sports and games and give support to players.

Andhra Pradesh Pesapallo Association president B Sivaram, secretary Sarala Srinivasa Rao, sub-junior team coach R Suresh, Physical Education Teacher (PET) Janaji Rama Raju and others participated.
