Pilgrims face trouble as new token system starts
Due to network glitch, token system for accommodation failed to take off from day one. Trouble brewed as message allotting token was delayed by three to four hours.

Irked with the turnout of the events Kaustubham rest house pilgrims sat on a protest. Pilgrims alleged that they came with token messages to Kaustubham rest house at 11am, but TTD personnel did not allot the rooms until 6 pm.
Similarly, few pilgrims who have been waiting at central reception office (CRO) also expressed their dissatisfaction for delaying of rooms allotment through new token system.
It should be recalled that the token system, which came into force on Wednesday, was introduced to reduce waiting hours. Following protest from pilgrims, JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju inspected the registration and allotment counters in CRO.
