More rains forecast in Telugu states
The Southwest Monsoon remained vigorous with heavy rains battering the two Telugu states during the last 24 hours. All thanks to the well-marked low-pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal off the Odisha coast, which has now induced a depression.

The system is presently centered at 19°N and 86°E, over South Coastal Odisha and North Andhra Pradesh. According to weathermen, depression is most likely to move in westerly direction, due to which situation remains conducive for more heavy showers in many places, including Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Hyderabad. The weathermen have issued heavy rain warning for north coastal Andhra districts.
