Few days ago, the CVSO nabbed three outsourcing employees indulging in irregularities in allotment of rooms to pilgrims at Sapthagiri Sathralu. He identified irregularities in allotment of restrooms in Tirumala. Few days back, security wing personnel conducted surprised checks at various spots in Tirumala and identified 40 unauthorised hawkers, who were staying in hill shrine for the last few months.

Security personnel gathered their information and sent them out of Tirumala. In the early hours of Tuesday, the security staff caught 6 persons, who were involved in black marketing of laddus, at counters and seized large number of laddu tokens from them. The accused were handed over to police for further investigation.

Two SPF constables found few liquor bottles and gutka packets hid in a backside tyre in a Tirumala-bound jeep at Alipiri check post on Tuesday morning. The CVSO appreciated cops for their presence of mind and alertness while discharging duties. Speaking to The Hans India, Ravi Krishna said that instructions were given to security staff to conduct thorough checks in the hill shrine.
