Chief General Manager of HPCL-Visakh Refinery (VR) ASV Ramanan distributed notebooks, school bags and stationery items worth Rs 21 lakhs to three GVMC High Schools and 19 GVMC Primary Schools at GVMC High School, Malkapuram on Wednesday as part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Visakh Refinery (HPCL-VR). Visakhapatnam: Chief General Manager of HPCL-Visakh Refinery (VR) ASV Ramanan distributed notebooks, school bags and stationery items worth Rs 21 lakhs to three GVMC High Schools and 19 GVMC Primary Schools at GVMC High School, Malkapuram on Wednesday as part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Visakh Refinery (HPCL-VR). Over 3,000 students were benefited with the gesture.
Speaking on the occasion, ASV Ramanan appreciated the teaching staff and schoolchildren for maintaining the cleanliness and discipline in the school. He administered the Swachh Bharat pledge with students, parents and teaching staff. He emphasised that HPCL has been continuously supporting the development of education and health in Visakhapatnam under CSR activities.
