Mahalakshmi Sudarshana Yagam on July 30

Visakhapatnam: As part of auspicious Sravana month, special rituals and pujas were performed at Sri Kanakamahalakshmi Ammavari temple in Visakhapatnam.

The temple has been conducting 'Sata Kundatmaka Sri Mahalakshmi Sudarsana yagam on July 30 at Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple near Jagadamba Junction.

The Srirama temple was being maintained by the SKML devasthanam. SKML executive officer J Madhavi said the yagam will be jointly organised by the devasthanam and Aarsha Vignana Trust. The programme will be supervised by noted vedic scholar Venugopala Sastry, she added.
