The High Court at Hyderabad has suggested that the APNGOs withdraw their notices issued to Bhagyanagar Telangana NGO Association regarding APNGOs Bhavan at Gunfoundry in Hyderabad. 

The High Court at Hyderabad has suggested that the APNGOs withdraw their notices issued to Bhagyanagar Telangana NGO Association regarding APNGOs Bhavan at Gunfoundry in Hyderabad.

It also suggested that the Bhagyanagar Telangana NGOs Association remove its name plates put on the premises of the building. The Bhagyanagar Telangana NGOs Association agreed to the proposal of the court and gave an undertaking to remove the boards.

The division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice T Rajini made these suggestions while hearing the writ appeal filed by Bhagyanagar Telangana NGOs Association challenging the order of the single judge cancelling the allotment of a portion of the building at Gunfoundry to it.

The President of APNGOs Association Ashok Babu had filed the writ petition before the single judge.
