Chandrababu fall ill during speech at Dondapadu public meeting

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday laid the foundation stone for the Mediciti Hospital building at Dondapadu village in Thalluru mandal, Amaravati.

However, Chandrababu fell ill while addressing the public meeting and abruptly stopped the speech and sat in his chair.

The officials on the stage alerted the medical staff to attend to the Chief Minister. He was immediately given medical attention and his health condition is being reviewed.

In his speech, Chandrababu said that the AP government aims to transform Amaravati into a hub for medical care. Stating that the Gulf countries are interested in Amaravati, he said that they have also sought the Aviation Ministry to operate Emirates flights from Amaravati to Dubai.
