Kurnool: Deputy Chief Minister, KE Krishna Murthy asked Jagan to answer, why Naidu has to be hanged or shot on the road. Why a Chief Minister has to be hanged, is it because of completing the irrigation projects or for his tireless efforts to uplift Rayalaseema on all fronts. Or for allocating 150 acres of land for the construction of Urdu University or for constructing IIIT, on what grounds Naidu has to be hanged? Murthy made a beeline of questions for Jagan to answer.

Addressing a press conference at the Telugu Desam Party office here on Saturday, Murthy strongly reacted on Jagan’s comments. He said it is not a good act to say that Naidu has to be hanged or shot on the road, those are not the qualities of a leader. Jagan has to mind his words before making any statement. People hate Jagan for making objectionable comments on Naidu, who is born to serve the people. Making controversial statements on such an efficient Chief Minister is not tolerable, stated Murthy.

‘Despite Election Commission’s warning not to make personal comments while campaigning, Jagan is carrying on with his provocative statements, ignoring the warning. With this, it clearly notifies the character and mental status of Jagan. He is in dire need of medication from a renowned psychotherapist.

Jagan is totally in an insecure state of losing the election. Hence, Jagan has the intention to disrupt the tranquility of Nandyal by-election by provoking the public. But the people of Nandyal are also wise enough to teach him a good lesson. There is no doubt that TDP is going to win but we are striving to achieve the target set by Chief Minister’, stated Murthy.

TDP district unit president, Somi Shetty Venkateshwarulu said YSRCP leaders are buying voters after coming to a conclusion that Jagan’s road shows are not reaping any results. Silpa Chakrapani Reddy’s sister was caught on camera while giving money to voters. This has been recorded and the CD would be sent to Election Commission for initiating appropriate action, said Somi Shetty.

Minister Adi Narayana Reddy warned Roja to be aware of her statements before making them. Another minister, Somi Reddy Chandra Mohan Reddy said that Jagan’s statements are actually favouring Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy.
