Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) received national award for introducing new Ultra Deluxe Brand under the category of ‘Best Branding, Marketing and Communication Activities’ at a two day conference held on August 10 and 11 at Manekshaw centre New Delhi. The conference was organised by All India State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU).

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) received national award for introducing new Ultra Deluxe Brand under the category of ‘Best Branding, Marketing and Communication Activities’ at a two day conference held on August 10 and 11 at Manekshaw centre New Delhi. The conference was organised by All India State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU).

The two-day conference was attended by bus manufacturers and spare part manufacturers. Experts from national and international transport submitted a written report after discussion on various transport-related topics.

APSTRC had received award in Best Branding, Marketing and Communications categories for introducing Ultra Deluxe Brands. A trophy and a cash award of Rs 2.5 lakh was received by APSRTC managing director Dr A Malakondaiah, Deputy chief mechanical engineer G Nageswara Rao and deputy chief mechanical engineer (Computers) Y Srinivas Rao.

ASRTU ED P Ananda Rao, ministry of road transport and highways (MoRTH) joint secretary Abhay Damle, MoRTH additional secretary Neena Nandan, UP transport principal secretary Aradhana Shukla and others were present.
