LHMS app launched for preventing thefts
District SP PHD Ramakrishna appealed to the citizens of Nellore to download LHMS AP POLICE (Lock House Monitoring System) to prevent thefts when they move to other places.
Nellore: District SP PHD Ramakrishna appealed to the citizens of Nellore to download LHMS AP POLICE (Lock House Monitoring System) to prevent thefts when they move to other places.
He unveiled the poster of LHMS AP app at his chamber here on Sunday. Interacting with the media persons, PHD Ramakrishna said that the houses would be under police surveillance as soon as they inform the local police. People have to enroll their details, address and mobile numbers after installing the app, he added.
SP also said that people would get a unique Identification number after enrolling their details on the app. Ramakrishna explained that citizens have to furnish their details when they move to other places from their house and also have to mention when they would return in the request watch on the app.
After getting details local police would visit the house and fix wireless motion camera to their house, he added. Ramakrishna explained that camera would be attached to control room and owner of the house.
The house would be under the surveillance of local police and if there is any suspicious movement in front of the house the camera would capture photos and videos and forward to the control room, said PHD Ramakrishna. Additional SP B.Sarath Babu and others were present.
