Two of a family electrocuted
In a tragic incident, two persons of same family were electrocuted at Chakivalasa village of Bhogapuram mandal in Vizianagaram district on Saturday night. As per the information, K Pydamma went out to answer nature\'s call but unfortunately she stepped on a live electric wire and was electrocuted. She died on the spot.
Bhogapuram (Vizianagaram): In a tragic incident, two persons of same family were electrocuted at Chakivalasa village of Bhogapuram mandal in Vizianagaram district on Saturday night. As per the information, K Pydamma went out to
answer nature's call but unfortunately she stepped on a live electric wire and was electrocuted. She died on the spot.
Her family members waited for two hours and when she did not return home, some of her relatives went out to search for Pydamma. Accidentally, Narayana Rao, son-in law of Pydamma, also touched the same wire and was electrocuted. He also died on the spot.
Later, the locals arrived there and found the bodies of Pydamma and her son-in-law. Police rushed to the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem. MPP K Bangarraju and others visited the spot and promised to extend support to the bereaved family.
