"Any issue that is bothering Telugu people in seven cities of NCR or their family members in the state will be addressed. This is to give them confidence and peace of mind," Prakash said.

The initiative, a brainchild of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, is in the second week of its implementation.Prakash said reaching out to six lakh people of the state scattered across the national capital region was a challenge.

"Telugu population are dispersed across seven cities of NCR and they are not concentrated in one place. Within two months, we hope we would be able to reach out to them," he said. The government is also planning to use social media for the purpose.
