Heavy rush at party offices for B-forms
All offices of major political parties here witnessed heavy rush as the candidates accompanied by their close relatives, friends and their supporters thronged them to collect B-forms to file nominations here on Wednesday.
Kakinada: All offices of major political parties here witnessed heavy rush as the candidates accompanied by their close relatives, friends and their supporters thronged them to collect B-forms to file nominations here on Wednesday.
The candidates, wearing party scarfs around their neck on their shoulders were seen waving to their followers while going to collect B-forms. For TDP, Kakinada city MLA Vanamadi Venkateshwara Rao’s residence witnessed heavy rush for distribution of B-forms.
Since Wednesday being the last day for withdrawal of nominations, every party was trying to cajole the rebel candidates. On Wednesday, TDP gave B-forms to all their party candidates. For 34 divisions, city MLA Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao distributed the B-Forms and for another five divisions which fall under Kakinada rural constituency, rural MLA Pilli Ananta Lakshmi distributed the B-Forms.
For YSR Congress Party, all the candidates were waiting near a star hotel for collecting their parties’ B-Forms. For Congress party, DCC president Pantam Nanaji and for BJP, endowments minister P Manikyala Rao are going to distribute their parties B-forms for their candidates.
