Continuing his byelection campaign at Chinta Arugu on 8th day, Jaganmohan Reddy said, “The vote you are going to cast is not to make Silpa Mohan Reddy an MLA, it is the vote that is against the corrupt rule of Naidu’s three-and-a-half years. Your every vote is a foundation stone for the new beginning of golden era.

” Blaming the TDP government, Jaganmohan Reddy said Chandrababu has made several promises in his capacity as a Chief Minister but unfortunately none of his promises have been fulfilled. He assured Apparel Park at Adoni and Yemmiganur, airport with international standards at Orvakal, IIIT at B Thandrapadu and Urdu University at Orvakal, Mining College at Dhone and an industrial corridor.

But none of them was seen taken a shape in this three-and-half-a-year of Naidu’s rule, he alleged. Without honouring his earlier promises, Naidu once again is approaching the people of Nandyal seeking votes in the name of development.

“Naidu is a habituated liar and betraying people is his character. With the by-election, people of Nandyal and their welfare were remembered by Naidu or else there is no way. Never would have he concentrated about the development of Nandyal without a contest by YSRCP in by-election,” stated Jagan.

Recalling the pensions granted by his father YS Rajasekhara Reddy, Jagan said Naidu has reduced the figure to 15,000 from 21,800. The Chief Minister also assured that he will pay Rs 2,000 unemployment allowance but that was yet to be fulfilled, he criticised. Jagan said that the YSRCP has plan to implement Nava Ratnalu after he comes to power.
