Suspicious homeguard batters wife to death
A man battered his wife to death suspecting her fidelity at Bakarapet village of Siddavatam mandal on Sunday. The deceased was identified as J Aadilakshmi (30) of Sundipalle mandal. According to police, the accused J Rajasekhar was working as homeguard in Kadapa II town police station. He married Aadilakshmi eight years ago.

According to police, the accused J Rajasekhar was working as homeguard in Kadapa II town police station. He married Aadilakshmi eight years ago.
They have four children. Recently, Rajasekhar developed suspicion over his wife’s fidelity and began harassing her even for petty reasons. On Sunday morning, he indulged in a heated exchange with his wife and hit her hard with a stick.
As a result, she received serious head injuries and was immediately shifted to the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) here where she was declared brought dead. A case has been registered by Siddavatam police
