Eastern Naval Command to hold seminar on maritime power
As part of Golden Jubilee Celebrations, Eastern Naval Command (ENC) is organising a maritime seminar ‘National maritime power –concepts, constituents and catalysts’ on August 22 and 23.
Visakhapatnam: As part of Golden Jubilee Celebrations, Eastern Naval Command (ENC) is organising a maritime seminar ‘National maritime power –concepts, constituents and catalysts’ on August 22 and 23.
The two-day seminar being organised in association with National Maritime Foundation, would address the concerns of the maritime environment and would encourage the participants in fostering a maritime thought process in shaping our policy and industry towards becoming a stronger maritime power.
The seminar will be attended by the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Sunil Lanba, former Chiefs Admiral Arun Prakash, Admiral RK Dhowan, former Commander-in-Chiefs of the ENC, senior officers from the Navy and the Coast Guard, senior government officials, heads of the public sector undertakings, members of the academia and National Maritime Foundation.
