An MoU has been signed by SKU with Rural Development Trust (RDT) for the benefit of students for learning German, French and Spanish languages. Students should take advantage of the same, he added. Rector Lajapathi Rai spoke of job opportunities in the hospitality sector.

“Hundreds of hotels are coming up in the tourism sector and the economies of several countries are dependent on the sector and youth should apply their mind on the sector,” he stated. Varsity Registrar K Sudhakar said that tourism has its impact on global economy.

He said that the competitions of tourism development have the potential to bring out the inherent talents in the students. Tourism Development director Ramesh stated that tourism sector is full of jobs. Regional coordinator for Tourism K Venugopala Rao spoke of job opportunities in tourism sector.
