During the election campaign for Nandyal by-polls, YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made some controversial comments against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

YS Jagan had said that Chandrababu should be hanged, shot on road, killed publicly. Following the comments, the TDP MPs complained to the Central Election Commission which is all set to take a serious action in this regard.

Responding to the complaints, the CEC has ordered action on YS Jagan for his objectionable comments as it comes under violation of election principles. Seeking video footage of Jagan's comments, the CEC have directed EC Bhanwarlal to send the videos records along with media coverage on the same.
