With 255 polling stations set up in Nandyal Assembly constituency, over 2.19 lakh voters are expected to exercise their right.

Following the demise of Bhuma Nagi Reddy, the Nandyal seat has been vacant and now, TDP candidate Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy and YSRCP nominee Shilpa Mohan Reddy are contesting for the post.

Verifiable Paper Audit Trail machines have been installed for the voters to know which party did they cast their vote. The counting of votes will take place on August 28.
