Psycho kills watchman
A watchman of a drinking water tank in I. Pangidi village of Kovvur mandal was killed by a psycho, on Tuesday morning.According to police, the panchayat officials of I.Pangidi village appointed Muppidi China Nageswara Rao (60) as watchman to the drinking water tank, to control open defecation near it.

A psycho who is wandering in the village from the last three days starting pelting stones at women, when Nageswara Rao tried to send him away, the psycho has attacked him with a stick. Nageswara Rao, who suffered head injury in the incident died on the spot. Locals managed to catch the psycho and tied him to an electric pole. They called the police and handed him to them. Kovvuru Rural police registered a case. The victim is survived by wife and a daughter.
