Hyderabad: Elaborate arrangements are being made for the counting of votes for Nandyal by-elections on Monday.
The counting of votes will begin at Polytechnic College at Nandyal at 8 AM on Monday. Counting is likely to be completed in 19 rounds and final results are expected by 1 PM. Elaborate security arrangements are being made at the counting centre and across the Nandyal Town where Section 144 has been imposed.
As many as 173,353 voters had exercised their franchise during the polling held on August 23.
